Jordan beats Devlin for Democratic line

        Janet Jordan turned back Republican Charles Devlin in the Democratic primary for Westchester Family Court judge. Devlin is an appointed Family Court judge hoping to keep the seat. He already has the Republican ballot line in the November election but had hoped to clinch the election by wrestling the Democratic line from Jordan, a support magistrate in Yonkers Family Court who was the choice of party leaders. The two will square off agian in November for the 10-year term, Devlin on the GOP and Conservative lines, Jordan on the Democratic, Independence and Working Families line.
